When: From 7:00 to 9:00 PM on the third Monday of the month, January through November. Currently all meetings are virtual via Zoom The December event is to be announced.

The Shenandoah Photographic Society has been active in the Shenandoah Valley for nearly 40 years, witnessing the transition from film-only photography to the explosion in digital photography.
We are a group of photographers, ranging from beginner to advanced, who get together to learn and share.

The Shenandoah Photographic Society has been active in the Shenandoah Valley for nearly 40 years, witnessing the transition from film-only photography to the explosion in digital photography.
We are a group of photographers, ranging from beginner to advanced, who get together to learn and share.
Join us! We hold monthly meetings January through October. These monthly meetings typically include a speaker or workshop, along with a photography competition. In November, we have our annual year-end competition, and in December we often get together for an informal social gathering. In addition, club members get together for occasional local and out of town photography shoots.
We welcome comments, suggestions and questions.

Our monthly competitions are open to all members and alternate between specified topics (e.g. "water" or "abstract") and "open," meaning that any subject is fine.
You choose the level appropriate to your skill: A (Advanced), B (Intermediate).

You can enter up to 4 images per evening: Two-- color, One-- monochrome, and one-- creative. Competition images are posted to albums on this web site and all members vote to determine 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and honorable mention.
